Job Introduction

In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating exciting food offers and service lines based on customer insights and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will drive our commitment to healthy eating, reduced salt, and meeting UK government nutritional requirements. Be prepared to engage with various stakeholders, conduct research, and deliver training to ensure our nutritional guidelines are upheld and continuously improved.

What you’ll do:

Liaise with external bodies to promote Sodexo's approach to nutrition and diet.
Provide expert nutrition advice across all elements of Sodexo food services, aligning with government guidelines and customer needs.
Communicate and collaborate with the Service Offer Manager and Procurement to uphold nutrition and dietetic guidelines.
Conduct training sessions and workshops as required to enhance team knowledge.
Represent Sodexo at meetings and deliver presentations on specific nutritional topics.
Collaborate with client representatives, supplier representatives, and dieticians as needed.
Stay informed about legislative requirements for Sodexo segments and tailor nutritional solutions accordingly.

What you bring:

Team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Result-oriented and adaptable to a multi-cultural and matrix environment.
Possess a graduate qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics and be UK HPC Registered Dietician.
Demonstrate continuous professional development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Successful experience in training others.
Willingness to travel within the UK to provide hands-on support to the Head of Nutrition and Dietetics.
