Job Introduction

At Sodexo we are proud to have served the UK’s Armed forces for over 30 years! We currently have a vacancy for a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team here at RAF Brize Norton.

With a keen eye for detail and a great attitude, you’ll be ensuring that all assigned units are fully staffed whilst maintaining excellent client/customer relationship.

Whilst supporting the General manager in all aspects of day-to-day operational delivery and resolving any issues, you'll be expected to lead by example and champion effective communication.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

Knowledge of working in a supervisor or deputy management role within the soft FM service industry
Ability to recognise opportunities for improvement
Driving license.
