🔑 Your Role:

As Chef Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of our catering operations – from inspiring your team and delivering great food, to ensuring compliance, safety, and satisfaction every step of the way.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading, training, and developing a high-performing catering team
Large scale catering providing over 400 & meals per day
Managing food production and service to the highest standards
Building strong client and customer relationships
Driving compliance in food safety, health and safety, and environmental practices
Managing stock, controlling costs, and completing financial reporting
Taking the reins as Duty Manager during weekends and holidays
Conducting safety audits and ensuring corrective actions are implemented

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in managing a catering team
A hands-on leader with a passion for quality and service
Excellent client-facing and team-building skills
Food Safety Level 3 qualification (essential)
