What you'll do:
- To ensure the delivery of a best-in-class customer service for staff, patients, and visitors in both Domestic and Patient Dining Services
- Ensure compliance with all Company and Trust policies and procedures, proactively addressing any issues to maintain high standards and smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of client and service user satisfaction through regular assessments and customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations.
- Manage and develop your team, fostering their growth and well-being, and implementing effective performance development reviews (PDRs) to maximise their potential.
- Uphold health and safety standards across all hospital operations, ensuring the well-being of staff and patients alike.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to support delivering budgeted profit and turnover for services and accounts, ensuring the financial success of our operations.
- To support the service management team with reasonable requests for support with any duties within the Wythenshawe FM contract.
What you bring:
- Strong operational background in Domestic services, facilities management, and/or catering sectors, driving excellence in our services.
- Proven leadership skills, effective at directing and motivating others to achieve outstanding results.
- Experience in a hospital environment, comfortable operating at ward level, demonstrating a strong bedside manner.
- Knowledge of food hygiene issues, ensuring our services are safe and hygienic.
- Flexibility and willingness to get involved, contributing to the success of our team and the hospital.
