What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a dedicated portering team, coordinating daily tasks and activities.
- Plan and oversee portering operations ensuring patient records, materials and equipment are safety and appropriately transferred
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees across the facility.
- Adhere to all company, client, and legal health & safety procedures, including COSHH, hygiene, cleanliness, and fire safety.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of cleaning staff to build a high-performing team.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within facilities management.
- Physical ability to carry out manual aspects of the role.
- A strong commitment to health, safety, and hygiene.
- Professional integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
