Due to a new project rollout we are looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. Previous experience in a similar role is a must, and with the role being home-based it is essential you have a pro-active attitude and a high level of self-motivation.

Role Responsibility

• Acting as data gatekeeper to ensure the Sodexo Food Management System is best in class
• Primary responsibility is to maintain the data base by entering new product information and cleansing data.
• Effective transformed data management at ingredient, recipe, menu and menu cycle levels
• Load imagery and tariff adhering to the relevant VAT legislation
• Provide consistent schedule for seasonal content
• Actively contribute to project management by updating weekly product upload tracker to ensure the programme is on track
• Engage with all relevant stakeholders - brand managers (coffee and RPG), Culinary, Technical, IS&T, Treasury, Procurement, Retail, Dietary and Commercial to enable a truly collaborative approach
• Establish strong working relations with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the most successful and effective use of the role
• Commit to continuous improvement of systems, processes and collaboration
• Support agreed standards and processes for the effective management of DRIVE data
• Support the Pilot sites with the Food Management System and the DRIVE process
• Working collaboratively to ensure maximum efficiency across the project
• Act as System and Data process subject matter expert to support wider team

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

• Good MS Excel skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Computer literate with data entry experience or related office experience
• Strong self-motivational skills and track record of delivery to deadlines

Desirable

• Experience in recipe and menu creation
