Job Introduction

Sodexo Energy & Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Data Administrator to join our team supporting the business with Sodexo’s E-ProphIT system in our Aberdeen office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurately entering of data from our offshore units and providing additional support to the operations and finance teams.

Role Responsibility

  • Coordinate the logistics of sending back the offshore Bond bags 
  • Assist with night safe keys, queries from offshore re banking
  • Coordinate manual credit card vouchers, send to provider for processing, deal with queries and track returns
  • Coordinate PCIDSS Compliance
  • Assist offshore with chip and pin queries
  • Post Food, Cleaning & Bond accounts into E-ProphIT
  • Post purchase invoices & expenses
  • Entry of Food, Cleaning & Bond reconciliations
 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Desirable; Working knowledge of – SAP / MS Excel / Essbase - training will be given
  • Self motivated and able to manage their own workload
  • Taking responsibility for continuously driving improvements, both alone and as part of a wider team
  • Demonstrable communication skills with finance and non-finance colleagues
  • Enthusiasm with a "can do" attitude
