Role Summary:
As organisations move towards more flexible ways of working, they are looking for more cost-effective support services. The launch of Fooditude in Dublin is an exciting step in the evolution of Sodexo’s Vital Spaces proposition, which brings together the company’s diverse expertise to provide employers with a new approach to help them transform their workplaces through a connected, people-centric approach.
This role is to establish and grow our business from the ground up in Ireland and target new clients in ROI’s fast-growing technology and media sectors. This role will have responsibility for managing operations, developing business and building profitability for this new joint venture.
Responsibilities
- Research, devise and implement in country sales strategies, annual plans and budgets that accelerate revenue growth and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and develop leads and help build a new business pipeline by engaging with current and prospective clients
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Growth in developing pricing strategies and models
- In collaboration with the Operations Manager and Head of Strategic Growth ensure effective bid/tender/proposal management
- Lead off site presentations to promote and raise awareness of the brand and secure new business
- Support and attend national and local meetings to promote the brand in the areas of interest to the company
- Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships
- Act as guardian of the brand to ensure it remains true to its origin of delivering healthy, delicious and sustainable workplace food and the best customer experience
- Establish delivery of an exceptional customer service delivery model understanding, responding and adapting to customer need as appropriate
- Manage all operations within country, taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
- Maintain and monitor budgets to ensure sales and financial targets are met
- Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.

- Ensure effective communication across the business through technology platforms, consultation and team meetings
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by the board or senior management team

- Uphold standards that align with already held accreditations (SRA and Planet Mark)
- Support any other accreditations we seek
- Continually seek ways to improve operations from a sustainability perspective - reducing water and energy use, sourcing sustainable products and ingredients
- Nurture ties with the local community to increase our social value
