Job Introduction

As a Contracts Manager at Sodexo in Seagate – Derry / Londonderry, you are a strategic leader, ensuring outstanding service delivery across multiple facility management services. You play a crucial role as the single point of contact for Cleaning, Catering, and Grounds Maintenance activities on-site, contributing to Sodexo’s commitment to creating a better every day for everyone.

What you’ll do:

Comprehensive Knowledge: Manage FM services across the site, demonstrating a deep understanding of contract scope and form, including variation control.
Performance Management: Lead teams and service lines, reporting and monitoring performance against set KPIs.
Financial Management: Ensure control of spending and budgets, preparing monthly P&Ls, and driving EBIT growth.
Contract Compliance: Take full responsibility for contract outputs, ensuring full compliance and interfacing with Segment teams via a matrix structure.
Team Identity: Cultivate a shared sense of identity among all Sodexo services on-site.

What you bring:

Experience: Considerable experience in FM leadership/management roles, delivering soft/IFM services across multiple sites.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading high-profile, quality-led P&L contracts, with the ability to lead and manage a local team.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Relationship Management: Excellent relationship management at all levels, both internally and with clients.
Technical Knowledge: High-level practical knowledge of technical services or relevant technical qualifications.
