Contract Administrator

We’re looking for a detail-driven Contract Administrator to support our operational team, keep us compliant, and deliver high-quality service to our clients. If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and thrive on variety, this role will keep you challenged and valued every day.
What you’ll do:
Lead proactive admin support for operational teams with a strong focus on vetting.
Coordinate projects from start to finish, including client-ready presentations.
Prepare accurate data reports, variance analysis, and client dashboards.
Support monthly processes at sites without on-site management.
Attend meetings, take minutes, track actions, and follow up.
Collect and analyse performance reports, recommending improvements.
Manage key financial processes and ensure compliance with best practices.
What we’re looking for:
BPSS clearance (SC clearance desirable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Smartsheet.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise.
Able to multitask, work independently, and communicate clearly.
Flexible, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service.
Bonus points for:
Experience in vetting processes.
Knowledge of EPOS, Clarity Live, EProphit, or UDC.
Presentation and client liaison skills.
Team management or leadership experience.
