Compliance and Performance Manager

Our UK Healthcare segment have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance and Performance Manager to join our talented and hard working team based from Hereford County Hospital.

In this role you will work as part of the senior management team and be the business unit lead for governance ensuring compliance with relevant statutory, mandatory, contractual and corporate obligations and requirements.
You will be commercially minded and confident in your approach to working within a complex multiple stakeholder environments with a particular focus on understanding and communicating contractual obligations.

Role Responsibility
- Management of the Compliance and Customer Service team
- Monitoring of employee competence and application of the EPA/PER process
- Business unit lead for governance, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory, mandatory, contractual and corporate obligations and best practice
- Development, implementation, management and review of integrated management systems and associated documentation
- Monitoring of employee adherence to prescribed practices
- Co-ordinate with the Health Safety & Risk Manager for corporate and external safety audits
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience of working within complex, multiple stakeholder environments with a particular focus on understanding and communicating contractual obligations.
- Understanding of complex contractual agreements, performance monitoring systems and payment mechanisms.
- Keen attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Experience of conducting audits and preparing audit reports and action plans.
- Experience of liaising with internal stakeholders’ auditors.
- Articulate and confident communicator (both verbal and written), with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience of working with integrated management systems (ISO or equivalent).
- Proactive and pragmatic approach to issue resolution.
- Commercially astute.
- Proficient IT user, data analysist and report writer
Package Description
£45000 - £48000 per annum plus excellent benefits
