Commercial Finance Manager

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the reconciliation and collection of Purchasing Income across UK&I vendor contracts.
  • Track and report on vendor spend and Purchasing Income performance, aligning with budget and forecast goals.
  • Evaluate and manage risks and opportunities, providing insightful financial analysis.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and budgets for UK&I Segments in Food, Soft, and Hard FM.
  • Innovate analytics solutions to enhance data accuracy and insight into purchasing income drivers.
  • Build strong relationships with the Global Supply Management team, promoting best practices in Purchasing Income generation and reporting.
  • Apply rigorous controls and procedures for PI debt management, and act as the go-to expert for internal and external audit queries.
 
What you bring:
  • Qualified finance professional with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in commercial finance within global organisations.
  • Familiarity with complex, contract-driven business environments, preferably in Supply Management.
  • Expertise in applying commercial finance principles alongside financial accounting standards.
  • Renowned for first-class forecasting, budgeting skills, and strong analytics.
  • Demonstrated integrity, outstanding communication skills, and a good team player.
  • Resilient, innovative, and capable of working under pressure with clear, decisive thinking.

What we offer: 

Circa £75,000 DOE + 20% Annual Bonus + £8000 Car allowance + Excellent benefits
