Cleaning, Waste & Hygiene Manager

As a Cleaning, Waste & Hygiene Manager at Sodexo in Reading, you are also a hygiene hero and planet protector! You will manage a number of teams, as well as coordinate third-party suppliers, to deliver consistent, high quality services and create a safe and healthy environment. You'll be a pivotal member of our team, collaborating with our longstanding clients to continue to provide the top class services we are known for.

What you’ll do:

Manage multiple teams providing cleaning, effluence and hygiene services across the site
Take responsibility for third-party contractors to ensure performance and service levels
Engage with client stakeholders and colleagues to communicate necessary updates
Promote high standards and health and safety practices

What you bring:

Previous experience managing people, including work allocation and ensuring standards & practices are adhered to
Experience managing subcontractors or third party suppliers
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience working in cleaning or waste management would be beneficial but is not necessary
