Cleaning Supervisor, Administrator

About the role 

At Sodexo our team is second to none and we’re looking for an Administrator/Cleaning Supervisor to join our dedicated and friendly team at HMRC Plymouth!

You’ll ensure that general administrations and payroll tasks are completed, as well as a wide range of team leading duties.

You’ll be supporting the General Manager in supervising the cleaners in the HMRC Plymouth and Exeter to ensure the adherence to the service level agreement.

A few things about you  

If you have great attention to detail, excellent organisation, and communication skills, and you enjoy being part of a focused team then we would love to hear from you! 

We want you to bring basic IT skills, know-how with all Microsoft packages and a positive, can-do attitude as you’ll be supporting the Sodexo team and the HMRC personnel by carrying out general unskilled tasks as delegated.

Previous experience in cleaning as well as administration will be beneficial, but please don’t worry if you don’t have this, as full training is given, and we will support you every step of the way.

Sodexo embeds a strong safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practices so it is vital that you will champion this. Please also note that a basic DBS check will be required if your application will be successful.

Package Description

  • 37.5 hours a week
  • £11.30 per hour!
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 – 17:00 (occasional overtime might be required)
  • Uniform provided
