Cleaning Operative

Job Introduction

  • 40 hours per week 
  • Monday to Friday
  • 10:30 till19:00
  • £12.46 per hour
  • Free onsite Parking

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking CleaningOperative to join our team in Derby.In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks withindesignated areas, following the instructions of the Cleaning Supervisor orCleaning Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with greatattention to detail who takes pride in maintaining high standards ofcleanliness and hygiene.

What you'll do: 

  • Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard, following instructions from the Cleaning Supervisor/Manager.
  • Follow all company and client policies, including Health & Safety, Security, COSHH, and colour-coding procedures.
  • Wear the correct uniform and personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Complete required training and apply it consistently in daily cleaning duties.
  • Report faults, defects, or issues promptly and undertake any reasonable tasks as requested.

What you'll bring:

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • A full driving licence
  • Previous cleaning experience (desirable)
  • Customer service experience (desirable)
