Are you passionate aboutmaintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness? At CITB Peterborough,you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and compliant workplace byfollowing all company, client, and statutory health and safety guidelines.You’ll work closely with colleagues and clients, fostering positiverelationships and supporting the cleaning team to deliver outstanding serviceand maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a vital team supporting site-wide cleaning operations, with full knowledge of all client areas and buildings.
  • Champion safety and quality by ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and stock security standards.
  • Take ownership of resources, managing cleaning materials, safe storage, and correct use of company and client systems.
  • Show pride in your work by maintaining excellent personal hygiene, appearance, and professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively with your Cleaning Supervisor, attend team meetings, and respond positively to feedback from customers and colleagues.
  • Keep things running smoothly by monitoring cleaning equipment, arranging repairs, and ensuring everything is safe and well-maintained.
