Job Introduction
We are currently looking for a talented Sous Chef at a corporate 22 bedroom hotel in the Cults area of Aberdeen.

Role Responsibility
You will support the Head Chef in leading and developing a dedicated team of chefs. The hours are 40 per week , working five days out of seven, including weekends.
You will be working in a great kitchen environment, using and serving fresh, seasonal produce using modern techniques and always looking at developing the food offer.
As well as having excellent presentation, communication and man management skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm .

Package Description
Rate of pay: £11.13 per hour with overtime paid for or time in lieu.
