Are you passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled chef to join our catering team at 2 Sisters Food Group in Coupar Angus. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where fresh, quality meals are at the heart of what we do—supporting a busy site with a strong sense of community.
What you’ll do:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring full compliance with EHO guidelines.
Work alongside the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
Oversee kitchen sanitation and ensure best practices are always followed.
Take part in bulk cooking, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting
Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
