You'll be responsible for the delivery of our services on our Corporate Client site, delivering excellence in service and the Kitchen Works experience for our customers!
About the Role:
- Planning, Preparation and presentation of all meals served at the required time, adhering to Service Level Agreements
- Control and monitor financial performance of the unit
- Staff Management and Training
- Purchasing and inventory control
- Ensure Health, Hygiene, Food Safety Policies and record keeping in line with policies
What we're looking for:
- NVQ chef qualification or equivalent
- Experience of catering management
- Experience of managing a team
- Computer literacy
- Experience of managing budgets
