Location: The Lammas School, 150 Seymour Road, London, E10 7LX
Days/Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £12.50–£13.00 per hour, with excellent benefits

About the Role
At Sodexo, we believe that outstanding service starts with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to support the daily operations at The Lammas School, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for staff, students, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the security and safety of the premises, including key management
Conduct routine water temperature checks
Carry out painting, decorating, and general maintenance tasks
Inspect and maintain toilet facilities and main communal areas
Assist and support the cleaning team as needed
Respond to helpdesk requests efficiently and effectively
Complete both planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 week in 4), with an additional callout allowance (once fully trained)
