Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a barista to join our amazing team at Headingley Stadium. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast-paced and innovative catering facility, delivering the perfect cup of coffee to every customer.

Role Responsibility

To produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes
To deliver and maintain highest standards of customer service
To be able to work as a member of a team or on own initiative as working hours dictate.
To be able to speak and interact with both new and regular customers, taking orders and receiving payment
To be punctual and maintain regular and consistent attendance
To assist/complete routine stock counting, stock take, layouts, restocking and promotion set up.
To clean equipment, shelving, refrigeration, and counters as needed to ensure that the café is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
To undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by your Unit Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor

The successful candidate for this role will have:

Excellent communication
The ability to demonstrate great teamwork
Experience working as a barista in a café environment
Knowledge of food safety and COSHH (advantageous)
Health and safety experience (advantageous)
