Job Overview:

As part of our dynamic Conference & Events team, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class food and beverage service during matchdays, private functions, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests at a variety of events.

• Assist in setting up and clearing down event spaces, including buffets, plated service, and bar areas.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment at all times.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth event operations.

• Follow all health & safety and food hygiene standards and procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in hospitality or events is preferred but not essential — full training provided.

• Positive attitude and a team player with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

• Flexible with availability — must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the event schedule.
