We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation

As an Assistant Facilities Manager you'll:

  • Customer & Client Focus: Lead on-site teams to deliver exceptional service, manage soft services, space planning, and act as primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and proactive service delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee FM equipment maintenance, compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental standards, and manage suppliers, contractors, and finance processes effectively.
  •  Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Drive service improvements, manage health, safety, and risk protocols (COSHH, manual handling, evacuation coordination), and maintain high workplace standards.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Recruit, train, supervise, and engage team members, providing induction, development, and consistent support, while collaborating professionally with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Reporting & Innovation: Provide timely reporting to Facilities Manager, assist on projects, manage expenditure records, and seek innovative, cost-effective service delivery enhancements.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication, customer service, organisational, and administration skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and quality of services provided.
  • Proactive problem-solver with commercial awareness, rigorous results management, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Skilled in performance monitoring, business consulting, and supporting innovation, change, and brand notoriety initiatives.
  • Knowledgeable in Health & Safety, HR service delivery, employee engagement, and learning and development practices.
  • Team player with leadership capabilities, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to continuous growth for both self and business
