Job Introduction

As a Administrator at Sir John Moore Barracks, ATR Winchester, You'll provide efficient administration to support the site, from Payroll to collating meeting minutes, You're the one with the skills to ensure behind the scenes of facilities run like clockwork and ensure your managers feel supported. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. What you’ll do: 

  • Support the management team closely, you'll be a vital part of the team, Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and/or digital form.
  • Superuser for the  payroll submission
  • Be the go-to person for orders.
  • Support with Mess accounts
  • Other duties may be requested depending on support needed at that specific time (such as month ending paperwork/compliance)

What you bring:  

  • Excellent team ethos and superb inter-communication skills, you'll be a key people person on site.   
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure    
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential 
  • Competent with using Microsoft officer especially Excel and Teams.
  • Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested

Package Description

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 8:00-15:30 (will need to be slightly flexible to support the business when required)
  • £11.69 per hour
  • Full uniform supplied
  • Full training provided
  • Annual leave April - April 20 days per calendar year which increases with service
