Job Introduction
Job Purpose
- The main focus of this role is to work with the Admin Team to provide a full administrative support to Service Managers and the Exec Team.
Role Responsibility

To provide administrative support to include arranging meetings, producing and distributing memo’s, letters, attendance at meetings and producing reports

To carry out general administrative duties as requested by all Managers to include, photocopying, laminating, filing, printing and scanning documents

Assisting the team on a daily basis, room bookings, arranging conference calls, scheduling appointments and diary management.

To monitor sickness levels on site and provide update reports to all Managers

To complete recruitment packs and DBS checks for new starters

Deal with incoming telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner, take and pass on clear messages.

Assist with updating employee files and the HR filing system.

Attend and participate in the MFT Meetings

Book Travel and Accommodation as a nominated booker on site.

Ordering stationery
-
Support other members of the Admin Team to meet deadlines and provide cover as and when required.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint to at least intermediate level or above.
- Demonstrate a wide range of skills including good interpersonal, organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management.
- To be organised, methodical and show attention to detail.
- Have a can-do and adaptable approach and strive to anticipate what is needed and take appropriate action.
- Ability to prioritise and carry out instructions.
- Be highly motivated, accurate and work well under pressure.
- Ability to communicate at all levels in a confident manner.
- A team player – take account of other’s workloads and offers help.
Desirable:
- NVQ in Business Administration
