Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Pay: £12.21 per hour

About the Role:

As an Security Admin Assistant you’ll play a crucial part in the smooth day-to-day operations of the site. From managing security systems and handling visitor access to ensuring accurate record-keeping and providing top-notch support to our managers, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes superstar who keeps everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and Chemicals Park partners in a courteous, professional manner.
Provide and manage site access cards and maintain accurate records using security systems (e.g. C Cure).
Monitor and escalate on-site issues or hazards according to agreed procedures.
Handle weighbridge operations, check delivery documentation, and manage driver access.
Support phone and intercom enquiries, remote access requests, and site inductions.
Maintain logs, daily occurrence books, and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
Be fully conversant with all site protocols, health and safety regulations, and administrative systems.
Report incidents, manage visitor notifications, and assist with custom notes release procedures.

✅ What You’ll Need:

SIA Licence – essential for this role.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confidence using computer systems and managing data.
Great communication skills and a calm, team-first attitude.
Prior admin/security experience is a plus, but not essential—we’ll provide full training!
