About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Admin Officer to join our team at the Central Bank of Ireland in Dublin. As the first point of contact for guests and employees, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and exceptional experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of both Sodexo and CBOI.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role, combining front of house excellence with strong administrative support. You will help manage visitor experience, coordinate office operations, and provide vital assistance across a range of services, from switchboard and concierge to procurement and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class Front of House and administrative service, ensuring all guests and employees receive an exceptional experience.
- Use reception and scheduling systems to manage visitors and coordinate their orientation effectively.
- Conduct audits and collaborate with local service teams to maintain a five-star workplace environment.
- Support administrative functions including raising POs, managing parking requests, and coordinating movers, leavers, and new hire processes.
- Provide concierge and teller support when required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management and clients.
- Handle incoming communications professionally and efficiently.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Support Health & Safety, incident control, and evacuation procedures as part of the facilities team.

Essential:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with office systems and technology (Microsoft Office and related tools).
- Professional, articulate, and friendly with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- A passion for customer service and commitment to maintaining a high standard of presentation.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience in a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with Sodexo systems and policies.
