Set up and clear down meeting rooms, ensuring all requirements are met
Prepare and serve refreshments and catering in line with service standards
Monitor room usage and respond to last-minute client requests
Liaise with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across hospitality areas
Act as a visible ambassador for Sodexo and our client at all times
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a busy and client-facing environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
