As a Front of House Supervisor at Sodexo at JRDC Waterloo Lines – Warminster, you’ll play a key leadership role at the heart of our bar and food outlets. You’ll lead a front-of-house team to deliver smooth, efficient service while creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard, inspiring your team to perform at their best.
Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards across all front-of-house areas.
Work closely with catering management and chefs to ensure strong communication and a joined-up team approach.
Promote and uphold health and safety standards, proactively identifying and reporting hazards to keep everyone safe.
Carry out regular safety walks, taking action to reduce risk and improve standards.
Lead and deliver weekly team huddles, keeping everyone informed, engaged, and motivated.
Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to help your team feel confident, supported, and valued.
Experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of catering operations and supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience within hospitality (hotel, bar, or restaurant environments) is an advantage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
The ability to motivate, guide, and lead a team effectively.
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing demands.
A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate professionally with senior management.
