As a Floor Captain/Receptionist with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• To provide a 5-star customer service experience to users of an allocated floor plate area and reception area.

• To provide Meeting Room technology support in terms of assistance with connection and trouble shooting.

• To ensure that the site rules are followed and to assist the building customers in adhering to these

• To be the first point of contact for building Customers who require facilities support.

• Maintain a tidy and inviting environment, across areas such as meeting rooms, communal kitchen/coffee areas, mail room and lobbies.

• Respond promptly to incoming service requests from clients and colleagues.

• Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience.
