About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeper to join our team on a 3-month fixed term contract. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming working environment while delivering a high standard of service.
The site is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station, along the guided busway, making it easily commutable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of housekeeping across allocated areas
- Deliver a 5-star customer service experience to building users
- Clean office areas including desks, monitors, keyboards, mice and chairs
- Maintain communal front-of-house kitchenette and vending areas to the highest hygiene standards
- Ensure waste is emptied and correctly segregated in line with hygiene and environmental standards
- Report faults and issues to the relevant service partner as directed by the Site Services Manager
- Support adherence to site rules and promote a safe working environment
- Identify opportunities to improve environmental performance and service delivery

- Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for high housekeeping standards
- Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to maintaining consistent service standards
