Shifts between 7:00am – 7:00pm (7:00am – 2:30pm / 11:30am – 7:00pm)

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Unilever R&D in Bebington. This is an exciting opportunity to support the on-site fitness provision and help create a welcoming and motivating gym environment.
You will play a key role in supporting members with their fitness goals while maintaining a safe and professional gym environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to all gym members
Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
Conduct new member inductions
Design and issue personalised fitness programmes
Plan and deliver fitness classes
Ensure all sessions are delivered safely and inclusively
Assist with risk assessments and follow all health & safety procedures
Ensure all gym equipment is safe and fit for use
Provide cover for absences when required (Monday – Friday)
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Level 3 Personal Training (PT Level 3)
Desirable
Group fitness class qualifications
You will be confident, approachable and passionate about promoting health and wellbeing. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
