Sodexo is seeking a reliable and professional Facilities Operative to join our team at the Johnson & Johnson site in Blackpool. This role supports the delivery of high standards across cleaning and general facilities services within a busy corporate and operational environment.
You will play an important part in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors, while supporting the wider facilities team in maintaining a well-managed workplace.
Support the delivery of cleaning and facilities services across the site
Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across offices, restrooms, kitchen areas, and communal spaces
Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the building
Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service standards are consistently met
Previous cleaning or facilities experience is desirable but not essential
A reliable and professional approach to work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Flexibility to respond to changing site priorities
