(Some flexibility of up to one hour either side)

About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Evening Cleaning Supervisor to support cleaning operations at the Thermo Fisher Scientific site in Horsham. This role is responsible for supervising evening cleaning activities and ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance are maintained across laboratory, production, and office environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a cleaning team delivering services across laboratories, production areas, and office spaces.

• Ensure cleaning standards meet site-specific requirements, safety procedures, and compliance expectations.

• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and confirm tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Respond to ad-hoc and reactive cleaning requests as required.

• Promote and monitor safe working practices, ensuring health, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a commercial, industrial, or regulated cleaning environment is desirable but not essential.

• Experience supervising staff and managing day-to-day workloads.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams and site stakeholders.

• A flexible, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

• A professional attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Important Travel Information

Due to the site’s location and the evening shift times, applicants will need to be able to drive or cycle to the site. Please note there are no pedestrian pathways on the country road leading to the site, and public transport options are limited during these hours.
