What you’ll do:

• Supervise

  a team delivering high-standard cleaning across laboratories, production areas, and office spaces

• Maintain critical hygiene standards

  to support a controlled scientific environment, ensuring compliance with site protocols and safety procedures

• Coordinate and complete daily cleaning schedules

  , ensuring all tasks are delivered accurately and on time

• Respond quickly to ad-hoc cleaning requests

  , guaranteeing a consistently safe, spotless, and operational workspace

• Champion health, safety, and sanitation practices

  , ensuring your team follows all site-specific guidelines and procedures

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or scientific-site cleaning is beneficial, but not essential—we’ll train you in the specialist standards required

• Confidence supervising a team and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients

• A proactive, flexible approach—ready to adapt to the needs of a dynamic scientific environment

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering work that supports safe and essential research
