We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Unilever 100VE, London. This is a newly created role supporting a growing site population and increasing service requirements. You'll help maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across the building and ensure the environment remains professional, welcoming, and safe for staff and visitors.

Carry out general cleaning duties across various areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces.
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishers, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
Replenish consumables where required.
Follow all health and safety protocols and site-specific requirements.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately.
Work independently to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Respond to ad-hoc cleaning requests from the client or site team.
Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally in an office or commercial setting.
Understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of chemicals (COSHH awareness or willingness to learn).
Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
High attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean environment.
Basic English to follow instructions and communicate with team and clients.
