Job Introduction

We’re seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to bring creativity, energy, and precision to our kitchen. This Monday to Friday role offers an excellent work-life balance, giving you the opportunity to thrive professionally while maintaining your personal time.

You’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional food and service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety. Working closely with a passionate kitchen team, you’ll ensure every dish consistently meets — and exceeds — company expectations. With a strong focus on food safety and Health & Safety compliance, you’ll play a key role in creating outstanding dining experiences that our customers truly value and enjoy.

What you’ll do:

  • Consistently deliver high-quality food service in line with company standards, specifications, and recipes.
  • Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the kitchen, working closely with the Line Manager across all operational areas.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully compliant kitchen environment, adhering strictly to food safety and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through effective handovers and team briefings to ensure consistency of service and standards.
  • Effectively manage food production levels, service timings, and stock control, minimising waste while meeting business expectations.

What you bring:

  • Strong communication skills with a positive, self-motivated and professional approach.
  • Organised and proactive, with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about cooking and committed to developing culinary skills.
  • Experienced in high-volume, corporate hospitality environments, delivering consistent high standards.
  • Confident in following recipes and briefs accurately, with good understanding of compliance and customer-focused environments (C&G 7061/7062 desirable).
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to integrate quickly into a close-knit, high-performing team.
