We’re now looking for an experienced and people-focused Business Catering Manager to lead a high-profile corporate catering contract in Garnerville, Belfast. The Role

As Business Catering Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a well-established catering operation, leading teams to deliver exceptional food, service, and client satisfaction.

You will:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled catering and hospitality team

  • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and front-of-house service

  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, labour, margins, and cost control

  • Drive client satisfaction by delivering all KPIs and service level agreements

  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, HR, and Sodexo standards

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement

  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar catering or hospitality management role

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Solid financial and P&L management experience

  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail

  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, IOSH (or equivalent) preferred
