We’re now looking for an experienced and people-focused Business Catering Manager to lead a high-profile corporate catering contract in Garnerville, Belfast. As Business Catering Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a well-established catering operation, leading teams to deliver exceptional food, service, and client satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled catering and hospitality team
Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and front-of-house service
Manage financial performance, including budgets, labour, margins, and cost control
Drive client satisfaction by delivering all KPIs and service level agreements
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, HR, and Sodexo standards
Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
This role is ideal for a confident, innovative manager who is passionate about food, people, and service excellence — and ready to take the next step in their career.
Proven experience in a similar catering or hospitality management role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid financial and P&L management experience
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail
Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, IOSH (or equivalent) preferred
