Video Conference Coordinator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and hard working Video Conference Coordinator to undertake general Video Conference requests.  This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

As a Video Conference Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all Video Conference requests are reserved accurately on the booking system and any services required (Catering, AV Support) are captured on the reservation
  • Provide a “Meet and Greet” service to all Video Conferences ensuring any AV and/or connectivity problems are solved before the start of the meeting
  • Liaise with the other Video Conference teams to ensure a standardized and consistent service is provided across Sites
  • Update the Video Operations team of any last minute VC booking requests, cancellations or amendments
  • Reserve meeting rooms when required whilst advising the customer of the booking procedures
  • Support the Main Reception Team, checking in visitors and escorting them to their meetings when required
  • Keeping record of daily activities so that they can be added to the monthly stats

The successful candidate for this role will have:

 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
  • Strong team player and able to use own initiative
  • Flexible approach
