Integrated Service Point Floor Champion

Job Introduction

Working in a brand-new premises for a highly prestigious company, you will be reporting to the ISP Lead to ensure all services are provided to the client and site are to the highest standard and according to the Service Level Agreement and within targets provided.

You will be expected to work within the Nokia 'One Team' ethos, where you will be happy to complete varying tasks throughout normal daily duties.

Role Responsibility

Maintaining site services to a high standard, such as:

  • Mail room
  • Tea points
  • Concierge service
  • Meeting room management
  • Help desk facilities including BIG
  • Space planning

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of working in multi tasking environment
  • Able to communicate on all levels, excellent customer care skills
  • Presentable and personable

It is also desirable if you have some experience in any of the following areas:

  • Facilities Management
  • Mail room
  • Cleaning
  • Help desk or concierge
