• We can offer flexibility regarding start and finish times and hope that you can too when required and you may occasionally providing cover for late events
• 40 hours per week

You'll be responsible for the delivery of our services on our Fabulous Corporate Client site, in the heart of London!

About the Role:

• Responsible for the operational delivery of Technical Services, Cleaning, Catering and Reception
• Responsible for the delivery of Soft and Hard FM Services
• Hands on role when required, dealing with suppliers, contractors and staff 
• Engaging with client to ensure their satisfaction with our service delivery

What we're looking for:

• History of managing the operational delivery of both Soft and Hard FM Services - primarily soft services, but hard services experience would be a bonus
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Strong Leadership and communication
• Experience of Stakeholder Engagement
