HR Transition Manager
Job Introduction
A Fantastic Opportunity to join our HR teams in a Contract Mobilisation role
Role Responsibility
- Oversee the TUPE transfer and support the mobilisation team through regular project updates
- Support and lead where relevant staff, Trade Union and client interface e.g. presentations, negotiations and consultations
- Work with the HR group to ensure the impacts and requirements of bids are fully understood and utlised in project mobilisation and transfer to business as usual
- Oversee any change and restructure plans including the implementation of any staff measures or intentions on staff as a result of the TUPE transfer.
- Facilitate smooth and timely transfer of new and existing staff onto Sodexo HR and payroll systems;
- Foster proactive relationships with Trade Union and staff representatives
- Work with corporate and central functions to oversee and contribute to local Welcome to Sodexo
- Provide support and guidance for local HR team in developing and sharing of policy and best practice
- Lead presentations and consultations relating to any TUPE transfer of staff
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven recent experience in Human resources within an outsourced contract mobilisation

CIPD qualified
- Manage and support the communication of our restructure/transformation programme, including the implementation of staff measures or intentions, including redundancies, following appropriate legislation
- Oversee and support the facilitation of our culture change and training programme for transferred staff
- Deliver corporate HR and L&D strategies and initiatives to the site so that local business plans are aligned with both the Corporate and Group Wide HR strategies.
Package Description
£48,000 to £52,000 plus Bonus (15% potenital), 5% Pension contribution, 23 days holiday, £1,300 Flexible benefits fund
