HR Advisor Cyprus
Job Introduction
This is an interesting opportunity to join the Sodexo Defence team based in Cyprus, ensuring that policies and procedures are appropriately aligned with the clients requirements for service delivery.
Role Responsibility
- Provide support and guidance to operational managers and employees in our Cyprus contract
- Work closely with operations managers, providing appropriate support to enable rapid business decisions
- Work on Key HR change projects
- Support the Head of HR and team to drive business growth through increased employee satisfaction
- Drive and deliver effective and efficient employee relation strategies within the contract and inline with the overall HR strategy. It is envisaged that ER will take up to c. 70% of this role.
- Implement and deliver the talent management process within the division to identify potential within the team to ensure development of high potential employees and action against underperformance.
- Coach new managers into the business and provide accurate timely advice
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years generalist and ER experience at a HR Advisor level with a customer focused business
- CIPD part / fully qualified
- Technical expert in employee relations
- Knowledge ofUKor Cypriot employment law
Ideally with
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Trade union exposure
- Military experience
Package Description
£33,000 to £35,000 plus Bonus (15% Potential), 5% Pension contribution, 23 days holiday, £1,300 Flexible benefits fund.
