Front of House Team Leader

Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

  • Support the Front of House Manager to deliver a quality front of house operation to building occupants, clients and visitors, ensuring they receive the ultimate customer experience.
  • Lead, develop and inspire the team to proactively coordinate the front of house services including reception, client meeting suite, visitor lounge/waiting spaces, switchboard services, concierge, meeting room reservations and other associated services
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and successful implementation all internal events and conferences.  
  • Ensure service is delivered to a 5 star standard as per service level agreement, Company policy and current legislation.
  • Establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organisation.
  • Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a blue chip organisation or prestige environments such as 4/5 star hotels with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Good understanding and experience of ensuring focus is on individual customer requirements and care whilst meeting required service levels.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with full understanding of personnel policies and performance development review processes
  • Great Attention to detail, organisational skills and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conversing with people of all levels
