This is an exceptional opportunity and one which will allow you to give full strategic direction to a variety of different contracts and allowing for the opportunity to grow Sodexo’s on-site services across the contracts.

Role Responsibility

Operational management of Sodexo’s accounts ensuring that the Client (Mars) receives services of the highest quality
Oversee the delivery of Sodexo’s services across 6 Mars locations via management of Sodexo site managers,
Sites includeSlough, Kings Lynn,Basingstoke,Waltham,LeedsandPeterborough
Full responsibility for c.£2million account
Current service offered is catering with significant opportunity for organic business growth in other soft service lines
Fostering long term profitable relationships with the client by delivering operational excellence
Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values
Motivate and lead a high performing team to achieve their objectives and the Sodexo strategy

The Ideal Candidate

Track record of success in a similar role in a multi-site (3rdparty) business, overseeing the delivery of out-sourced soft services with catering being the main focus
Ability to lead, motivate and inspire team members on a multi-site basis or across a large single site
Proven experienced of developing profitable relationships for multi site contracts
Experienced in leading company initiatives and change management processes
Strong communication and negotiation skill
Excellent client relationship management
High level of financial acumen

National remit

Up to £45,000 plus 15% bonus, car and flexible benefits
