As Technical Operations Technician, you will provide first-line IT support across the site. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager this role sits at the very Heart of Forest Bank – providing comprehensive Technical support to operational and administrative personnel from the Conference Room to the Wings

The Ideal Candidate
- Providing hardware support across computers, servers, printers, CCTV, security and audio visual equipment
- Providing software supports across Windows XP and Windows 7, Windows Server, Office and HR, Finance and Security systems
- Imaging new systems in preparation for roll-out
- Performing daily checks and back-ups and managing related documentation
- Placing and processing orders for the IT dept
Package Description
£18,500 pa plus excellent benefits including free meals and parking, group discount schemes and pension
About the Company
- First-rate knowledge/familiarity with MS Office (2003, 2007 and 2010 versions)
- Excellent knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7
- Some previous experience in a First Line Systems support role would be advantageous
- Ability to work individually or as part of a pro-active team.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload
