Role Responsibility
To support the GSM in London and for the UK at an operational, technical and business development level To be responsible for all day to day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the hard services and CAFM system within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets. To provide a service to the agreed standards in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators specified in the service contract To actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site HEALTH AND SAFETY compliance together with the monitoring of related equipment/paperwork/due diligence documentation

The Ideal Candidate
Technical backgrounds necessary to be able to understand the job scopes and to support the operational business activities Literate, numerate and IT literacy required to manage and update the CAFM system and with the creation of the MI reports as required Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff Act as an ambassador for the client OE and Sodexo HSE policies/process and culture Ability to achieve and set standards and operate to performance criteria, with particular regard to the contracts standard and specification Self-motivated - Sense of own initiative - Flexible approach to role Good time management and organisational skills - Ability to work well under pressure Previous experience in a supervisory role Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate Demonstrate effective communication (verbal and non-verbal) with all contract and company stakeholders, with ability to adapt to different audiences |
