Soft Services Manager Cleaning
Location: Grangegorman, Dublin
Salary: 58,000 - 60,000 Euros based on experience

As a Soft Services Manager Cleaning at Sodexo, you are not just a leader; you are a catalyst for positive change and a driving force for excellence. You will effectively manage the cleaning, waste management, health and safety as well as security services on site.

What you’ll do:   
  • Manage cleaning, grounds and security staff resources and promote an ethos of team work to instil a culture of continuous improvement on all sites.
  • Support the management team in building long term relationships with clients, maintain existing business and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure that the working environment is managed in line with company Health & Safety standards. 
  • Recruit, induct and motivate a high performing team, to achieve their objectives.
  • Manage and control the services to the agreed specification and service standard required by contract.
  • Always look for opportunities to provide additional value to our client.
  • Ensure costs and expenditure are controlled in line with the budget and ensure forecasts and actuals are entered.
  • Be proactive in overcoming barriers to success. Provide feedback on how we can improve our performance. 
What you bring: 
  • Experience of developing a team with a ‘high performing’ culture.
  • Good communication skills.
  • It literate and financially astute.
  • Broad commercial experience and business acumen.
  • Experience working in a standards/compliance
  • COSH / IOSH – Desirable but not essential
