Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking ISP Operative. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

To greet visitors, call hosts, support the booking and organising of meeting rooms and provide admin support in a timely and efficient manner ensuring exemplary standards is maintained at all times.

  • Provide 5* welcoming experience that encompasses entering and exiting the building
  • Full support of both Reception desks, 10th and Ground floor
  • Ensure all guests are signed in as per the Zurich policies and that all guests attend the correct areas of the building
  • Rout calls to the relevant person/department.
  • Deal with visitors/contractors arriving on site and inform the relevant dept of their arrival.
  • Update the site systems with new starter and leaver records.
  • To gain full understanding of all other roles involved in operational service provision to assist with cover where required
  • Support the hospitality function to ensure meetings receive hospitality on time
  • Ensure the Reception areas and Business Lounge are clean, tidy and presentable at all times
  • Support the catering team if required (barista service or support on EPOS tills)
  • Vending machine stocking and fault reporting.
  • To fully engage with and support the ‘One Team’ ethos on site.
  • To act as a brand ambassador for both client and company.
  • Promote, understand and ensure compliance with all Sodexo and client security policies and procedures.
  • Provide admin support for the management within the Facilities department.
  • To act as a first contact for all visitors, ensuring they are greeted and directed accordingly.
  • To support the security and front of house teams with all planned and unplanned evacuations.
  • To ensure visitors to site receive the appropriate site induction regarding Health and Safety practices and fire exits.
  • To direct all first aid calls accordingly.
  • To ensure professional service is delivered to client.
  • To be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful at all times whilst carrying out duties to the highest standard.
  • To ensure exemplary standards in personal grooming, adhering to uniform standards at all times.
  • To develop excellent working relationships with on site customers.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties required to meet the needs of the business.

 

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

Previous administration experience

Experience of dealing with customers/clients and the public face to face and on the phone.

Experience in a high profile environment

 

 

Desirable

SIA Frontline license.

SVQ Level 2 Clerical or equivalent
