Gym Supervisor

Job Introduction

We are looking for a full-time gym supervisor to join our team at an onsite corporate gym in the Dublin 15 area.


We are looking for a truly knowledgeable, inspirational and self-motivated individual to deliver a world class service to our members.


The club is open Monday to Friday from 07.00am to 19.00pm, and is closed weekends and all bank holidays.

Role Responsibility

• To develop and assist in new gym marketing and program initiatives
• Conducting Fitness Centre inductions and exercise programmes
• Teaching exercise classes & Assist in the organisation of sports and social events
• Completing daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and maintenance checks of equipment
• To comply to all aspects of health and safety
• Rolling out of company corporate wellbeing program

The Ideal Candidate


• Good understanding of the physiology and anatomy of physical exercise
• Experience of teaching exercise classes, programmes, and inductions.
• Excellent customer service
• The ability to inspire and motivate the members to achieve their goals
• Qualified to teach spinning/boxercise/TRX
• Qualification in teaching yoga or pilates
• Experience of working in a corporate fitness environment
• Must hold a valid occupational first aid certificate
• A NCEF, NCEHS, ITEC or similar qualification
